the chemical name of aprepitant (Aprepitant) is 5-[[(2R,3S)-2-[(1R)-1-[3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) phenyl] ethoxy]-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-morpholinyl] methyl]-1, 2-Dihydro-3H-1, 2, 4-triazol-3-one is an antiemetics developed by Merck in the United States to prevent acute and delayed vomiting during chemotherapy. Clinical studies have shown that when using moderate and highly emetic chemotherapy drugs, adjuvant administration of aprepitant can significantly control the symptoms of nausea and vomiting (CINV) caused by chemotherapy.
